What is a Production Readiness Score (PRS)?
A PRS is Dioval Group's proprietary 100-point assessment across 8 dimensions, reliability, observability, security, compliance, scalability, knowledge quality, orchestration maturity, and operational readiness. It gives your leadership team an objective, quantified view of how close your AI systems are to enterprise-grade production.
How long does a full AI audit take?
A standard PRS Assessment takes 2–3 weeks. The Regulatory MRM Gap Assessment runs 4–6 weeks depending on the number of frameworks in scope (EU AI Act, SR 11-7, SOC 2, etc.). We work on-site or remotely with your engineering and compliance teams.
Who should commission an AI audit?
Typically a CTO, VP of Engineering, Chief AI Officer, or Chief Risk Officer. If your organization has deployed AI agents into production, or is about to, and you're concerned about reliability, regulatory risk, or scale-readiness, the audit is designed for you.
