These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dioval Group website (dioval.com) and services. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Dioval Group provides AI production readiness consulting services, educational content (books), and related tools. Our services include but are not limited to:
- AI Production Readiness Audits
- Managed AI Operations
- The Agentic AI Professional Series (digital books)
- Free tools (scorecard, diagnostic calls, content)
2. Digital Product Purchases
Individual Volumes ($49/volume): Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own professional development. You may not distribute, resell, or share purchased content.
Complete Bundle ($249): Same personal license terms as individual volumes, applied to all 7 volumes.
Enterprise License ($2,500/year): Grants unlimited distribution rights within your organization for the license period. Content may not be distributed outside your organization. License renews annually.
Refunds: Digital products are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied. Contact support@dioval.com to request a refund.
3. Consulting Services
Consulting engagements (audits, managed services) are governed by a separate engagement letter signed by both parties. The engagement letter supersedes these Terms for the scope of that engagement.
Payment terms: 50% upon signing, 50% upon delivery of final deliverables, unless otherwise specified in the engagement letter.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, code, tools, and book content, is the intellectual property of Dioval Group or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
Exception: Blog articles may be shared via link. Brief quotations with attribution are permitted under fair use.
5. Free Tools and Content
Free tools (scorecard, ROI calculator, free chapter) are provided "as is" for informational purposes. They do not constitute professional advice. Results from these tools are estimates and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our tools or services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from our website
- Submit false information through our forms
- Interfere with the operation of our website or services
7. Limitation of Liability
Dioval Group provides information and consulting services based on our expertise and experience. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Confidentiality
During consulting engagements, we may access confidential information about your organization. We commit to treating all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your written consent. Case studies published on our website are anonymized unless explicit permission is granted.
